We have a variety of themes, beautiful decorations and high end fabrics!!! Each set up is a bit different... they all come with a small favor for each guest, balloons scattered around the room, tent, air bed, fitted sheet, blanket, decorative pillows, fairy light, string lights, and all the décor to make you sleepover unforgettable! All of our themes are a show stopper! Don't see a theme you want? Let us know! We love doing new parties! Our rental includes 2 nights and we are very flexible!
Let me just say.... This is a lot of stuff! Please be prepared! Why do all the heavy lifting when we can do it for you! You can walk in and be in awe after we style the perfect set up! Pricing starts at $125.00. Pricing for delivery and set up depend on how many tents, date, and town.
If you are a creative mom we offer an option for you to pick up and drop off in Lemont! It's a great way to stay on a budget! I will show you everything and always available if you have any questions! We do charge a deposit on top of the tent rental but the deposit is returned immediately after all of the items are bought back in the same condition! Please inquire!
The Cutest Little Set-Up That Is Sure To Strike Any Imagination! Rental comes with the log pillow cushions and the most adorable little campfire!
Balloons, photo back drop, sleep masks, robes, pajama sets are offered at an additional fee. We can do anything! Please inquire!
Balloon Garland starts at $150 for 16 feet. This price is in addition to a tent or movie night party! We can also supply an arch to hang the balloons on for an extra fee. Any foil or specialty balloons will increase the price.
Kimono robes can be ordered in any size and we can usually offer a variety of colors based on availability. You can also personalize the robe with anything you like! Robes start at $20 not including the personalization.
Water bottles come personalized with your choice catchy birthday saying or name! Bottles start at $7 with the personalization.
Sleep masks start at $7.

Welcome to Kim and Co.'s Glamping Page! This super awesome birthday rental is going to make you the envy of all of your friends! It truly is one-of-a-kind, and I promise no one has a better set-up or service! All of our items are high quality, chic, and luxurious. Please feel free to always contact us with any questions. If you don't see something listed, just ask! Please read this page thoroughly and contact us to book a date!
Disinfected - If you have any questions regarding the sanitation process please inquire. Our sheets, blankets and pillowcases are all professionally laundered. All remaining items are wiped down with either disinfectant wipes or spray. Our tent covers, decorative pillows, rugs and misc. styling items are steamed and spot cleaned before and after your party. All items will be left for 72 hours after they have been sanitized.
Customer pick-up and drop-off - Please remember this is a lot! We have a huge set-up! You may want to consider a few things. Do you have a large enough vehicle if you choose to pick up? It is 6-7 XL storage bags plus the tents. It's a simple system and doesn't have to be perfect, but it's a good way to see you have packed it all up! If you choose to pick up in Lemont, it is free of charge and would be at an agreed-upon time! We are absolutely flexible and accommodating for your pick-ups and drop-offs.
Kim and Co. can drop off and pick up for you - We do charge a fee, but as you can see, it is a bit of work! We will drop off to a main level, presumably with no stairs and pick up at an agreed-upon time. You will be in charge of the set-up and take-down and packing up to leave by the main entrance.
Kim and Co. can deliver and set up - We will arrange an awesome display that will wow everyone as they enter in the room! This is really a special and a sight to see! Our delivery and set-up is done at an agreed-upon time and we pack and pick up at an agreed upon day and time! Let us do the heavy lifting so you can enjoy your day. We require that the designated tent area be clean and cleared of furniture. We will not move furniture to make room for your event. Each set up is approximately 4 feet wide by 75 inches long. It is the client’s responsibility to leave enough space for a walkway and safe sleep. Each set-up can take around 2 hours and take-down 45 minutes so please allow for time. Kim and Co. will discuss each party and the placement of each party. We ask for a main level with no stairs. If you choose to have it up or down stairs that you would have all paths free of furniture and toys. Kim and Co. Events is not responsible for any accidentals, lost or stolen items. You as the home owner take full responsibility for the liability and rental items that Kim and Co. provides.
Liability - Kim and Co. Events assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages. In the event of damage or loss of our inventory and/or damage or loss to the party's location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client.
Kim and Co. Events is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the use of our tents and accessories during the party. In case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client.
